How do I become a member of the L'ADRIA Loyalty program?

To become a member, all you have to do is log in to our webshop using your email address.

What benefits do I get as a member of the loyalty program?

The L'Adria Loyalty program was launched in order to reward our loyal users. We are extremely pleased to see that our users keep coming back to our products, so we decided to make them even more happy with special rewards. As a member of the Loyalty program, you collect points with every purchase of our products. When you collect enough points, we'll send you a gift that you can see on your user profile.

How are my points calculated?

The number of points you earn is equivalent to the amount spent in our webshop. So if you spend 24 euros, you also get 24 points that bring you even closer to our loyalty rewards. Points are automatically calculated when paying in our webshop or after paying with cash on delivery.

How to get the prize?

Our rewards users don't have to do anything more than enjoy our products like before! :) Once you collect enough points for the reward you see on your profile, we send it to your address. The prize is not just one! Once you earn the number of points for one prize, the points continue to count towards the next prize, which will be displayed on your profile.
