PAYMENT FOR GOODS


The customer undertakes to pay for the ordered products with delivery costs to the seller, the trading company SN WELLNESS GROUP d.o.o. Skopje, exclusive distributor of L'ADRIA COSMETICS d.o.o. , using one of the following payment methods:

    The product sales confirmation is generated immediately after the order is completed and paid for.
    If you pay in cash, you will pay the order in the exact amount in cash to the courier service employee when picking up the goods.

    The exchange of specific/sensitive data between the online payment system and the card authorization centers is carried out using a network that is fully protected from unauthorized access. The payment platform is owned by NLB Bank, which excludes any possibility of misuse of card data or funds. Your credit card information is submitted online directly to the authorization center. The ladria.mk web store does not store your credit card data and has no records of your card data at all. Read more on the "Privacy and Security" page.

    When ordering products, all duties, customs duties, taxes and fees are paid. Buyers have costs for the ordered products according to the current price of the products at the time of ordering and possible delivery costs according to the company's delivery policy.

    DELIVERY

    The delivery price for all shipments in the Republic of Macedonia for shipments up to 3,000.00 denars paid online through our website is 150.00 denars, and for shipments over 3,000.00 denars, delivery is free and without additional costs.

    For shipments ordered through our Instagram profile with payment upon delivery, the price is determined by Eco Logistic Service - ELS or it is for shipments worth up to 3,000.00 denars, the delivery is 150.00 denars, and above that value the delivery is 120.00 denars plus 10% of the value of the shipment. (Example for a shipment worth 3,500.00 denars, the delivery is 120.00 denars plus 35.00 denars - meaning a total of 155.00 denars)

    With the exception of pre-sale, most products in regular sale are shipped within 2 to 3 business days, and are delivered within 1 to 2 business days of dispatch to most destinations in the Republic of Macedonia (for smaller cities, shipments are delivered according to the Eco Logistic Service - ELS schedule).

    Orders received are usually processed the next business day (Monday to Friday) and shipped to the client (shipment recipient) within 24 hours. The exception is promotional and seasonal periods when, due to the increased number of orders, the preparation of shipments may exceptionally take longer than 24 hours.


    After ordering you will receive:

    • order confirmation via email, within a few minutes after order confirmation
    • notification that the order has been shipped by ELS via email with the shipment number, usually within 1 business day of order confirmation (except during the pre-sale period when the expected delivery time is longer)
    • notification that the shipment will arrive at your address the next day by SMS from ELS or a phone call to your mobile phone
